What to include:

• Birth certificate
• Passport (if your child was born overseas; include Proof of Citizenship or Visa)
• Medicare Immunisation History Statement
• Child’s last three school reports (Years 1-10 students)
• Child’s NAPLAN reports
• Specialist, therapy and/or medical reports (if applicable)
• Court or custody orders that exist for the guardianship arrangements of your child
(if applicable)
• Parent(s) Visa/Proof of Citizenship (applicable if both parents were born overseas)

Should a position be available, you and your child will be invited for an enrolment interview with our Principal.

Once you receive your Letter of Offer, sign it and return it along with your enrolment. Our staff will then provide you with your Acceptance of Offer. To secure your child’s position, we require you to pay the enrolment fee.

Important information about our uniform, stationery packs and transport options will be provided based on your child’s year level.
